Membership and how to Join / Re-join 2021

New and present members:

Joining & renewing your membership please download and complete the membership form.

There are 3 ways to pay your subscriptions:

1, Send directly to Pony Club Headquarters as listed on the form (see link below) or using the link via your renewal reminder email from HQ

2, Scan and email your completed form to karenkirk45@gmail.com and pay your subscription directly into the branch account: Sort code 55-61-31 Account Number 00359114 letting Karen know you’ve paid into the bank.

IF PAYING DIRECTLY INTO BRANCH ACCOUNT PLEASE USE YOUR SURNAME AS A REFERENCE

You must renew / join by paying your subscription before attending any rallies or branch activities, including online etc. Subscription cost can be found on the membership form.

Gift Aid

When filling in your membership forms, at the bottom of the page, you will see the Gift Aid slip. Can you please fill in this section?

If you are an Income Tax Payer or you pay Capital Gains Tax. For each membership The Pony Club can claim £14.50 from The Inland Revenue.

Insurance Policy

Important message re your membership renewal, and keeping it updated.

All Pony Club member’s Ponies / Horses are covered 3rd parties 24/7 no matter where.

The Pony Club policy is provided by Howden Insurance Brokers Limited. It is recommended you review the information regarding our Public Liability Policy Summary.
